RAF Ground Instructors Courses 2008

Application Procedure:

Squadron staff who are interested in attending any of the courses listed below, are to contact Wing Headquarters to register their interest and to receive subsequent joining instructions.

Target Audience:

All courses are open to interested Squadron staff (CI’s, ATC SNCO’s & VRT Officers). Instructor Cadets may also attend, however they must be trained in the basics of Instructor Technique & be of Staff Cadet status.

Additional Courses:

Sport & Adventure Training Leaders courses are also available for Adult Staff & Instructor Cadets throughout the year (as published by RHQ in Mar each year). Typical courses include Community Sports Leaders, Sailing Expedition, Hang Gliding, Parachuting, Rock Climbing (SPA), Canoe Skills, Mountain Leader (Summer) and Kayak Skills.

Nominations will be invited by WHQ as required. Alternatively contact the Wing Sports Officer & Wing Adventure Training Officer for further information.
