Wing Ground Instructors Course (Propulsion)
Course Objectives:
- To provide an in depth review of ACP 33 – Volume 3 (Propulsion) to further aid the subject understanding of existing Sqn instructors.
- Highlight the use & types of visual aids that can assist with Cadet understanding of the subject matter.
- Promote further interest in the subject matter with an off-site tour of a local propulsion production line.
- To provide an opportunity to discuss with fellow Squadron instructors ideas and good practice for future consideration.
Target Audience:
The course is open to all uniform staff, Civilian Instructors and Instructor Cadets who have previously taught the subject to Cadets. The course aims to reinforce existing understanding.
Course Content:
The course content includes the following:
- In depth review of the existing ACP 33 – Volume 3 syllabus
- Training aids
- Presentation formats
- Off site visit to local propulsion production line or museum
- Open forum
Course Duration:
The course is residential and starts at 0900 hrs on Saturday and finishes approximately 1230 hrs on Sunday.

TBA – 126 (City of Derby) Sqn HQ
Cost:
£10.00 for the weekend, which includes accommodation, messing & refreshments.
