Cadet Development Team - 2007/08

The Cadet Development Team (CDT) is responsible for the running of the Initial NCO and Advanced NCO training courses, BASIC training courses and general improvements in cadet training across the Wing.

Sqn Ldr Mark Richards (Wing Training Officer – Cadet Development) leads the CDT which comprises staff from various Squadrons who give their time, in addition to their Squadron commitments, to support the development of cadet training within the Wing.
