Cadet NCO Drill Instruction Course
Course Objective:
To provide training to Cadet NCOs who instruct drill to improve their instructional techniques and contribute to the raising of standards of drill instruction throughout the Wing.
Target Audience:
This course is primarily aimed at Cadet NCO’s who have been identified and recommended to attend, as a result of their attendance at a Wing-run NCO course.
Places may also be available to high calibre Cadet NCO’s on their Squadron Commanders recommendation, subject to Directing Staff approval.
Course Content:
The course content includes the following:
- Introduction to Drill Instruction
- Drill Instructional Techniques
- Practical Drill Examination
- Banner Drill Theory
- Banner Drill Practical
Course Duration:
The course is a one day non-residential and starts at 0900 hrs and finishes at 1800 hrs.
Cost:
£1.00 to cover the costs of refreshments and a colour course photograph.
Course Dates:
Course CDI 1/10: 16/05/10 – RAF Cottesmore (18-24 places)
Course CDI 2/10: 18/07/10 – RAF Cottesmore (18-24 places)
Course CDI 3/10: 28/11/10 – RAF Cottesmore (18-24 places)
