Squadron Accident Reporting Pack (SARP)
The Squadron Accident Reporting Pack (SARP) has been issued to all Squadrons within South & East Midlands Wing. The purpose of the pack is to provide a ‘mobile’ reference & administative tool for dealing with an accident (resulting in personal injury whilst on ATC duty) away from the Squadron headquarters e.g. on camp.
The pack contains the following reference card detailing the procedure & administrative process for reporting an accident iaw ACP 20B – ACTI 202 & ACP 5.

In addition, provides advice on HQAC ‘Crisis Management’ procedure & useful contact numbers (during & out of office hours).

Also enclosed are a number of envelopes that contain relevant blank accident reporting forms for completion & forwarding to WHQ.
It is hoped that the introduction of the SARP will prove to be a useful resource tool away from the Squadron headquarters and that it will ensure all Squadrons within the Wing maintain the highest of standards in relation to following HQAC accident procedures.
