On Monday 27th July, 1360 Squadron sharpened their culinary skills in the form of an Inter-Flight Masterchef competition. Alpha and Bravo flight had each been given a budget of £10 to produce three courses, cooked on stoves and present it to Sqaudron staff.
The flights also had to think of a theme for their dishes, Alpha flight went with a Bushtucker theme whereas Bravo flight went for a Beside the Seaside theme.
After the officers conjured a complicated scoring matrix they tasted all of the dishes and gave marks out of 10 for taste, presentation, theme, accounts management and overall impression.
There was some great effort put in with a yummy fish ‘n’ chips dish served in newspaper and a spectacular Eton mess. At the end of the evening though, there could only be one winner.
Congratulations to Bravo flight for winning Masterchef 2015.
