Cadets from 138 squadron (1st Nottingham) have recently attended the INCO and ANCO courses based in RAF Wittering.
During their weekend stopover at RAF Wittering, both Cadets were welcomed to the course by the directing staff.

The cadets were taught various different techniques to assist them in their prospective roles with in the Air Training Corps
The training started on the Saturday with techniques and inspections from officers attending the course, with welcome breaks during lunch and dinner times. It was also a chance for the cadets to interact with others cadets attending the course.

Sunday morning the course started bright and early after breakfast. The cadets had an intensive day ahead of them , all the cadets had to dig deep and put into practice what techniques they had learned during the weekend. Including drill, drill theory and leadership amongst others. The days were long and tiring, however both cadets took it all in their stride and persevered until the course ended on Sunday by Cadet Corporal Connor Williams
