On Wednesday 7th of May, Twelve cadets took part in a parade at the Nottingham castle in memorial of Albert Ball who died in battle, 1917. With over 90 cadets from the South and East midlands wing, 2418 Sherwood squadron were honored to be participating in such a special event.

We began by forming up into a wing parade before marching down along with the army band and rifle squad. We proudly marched aside the wing and squadron banners to the Albert Ball memorial where we paid our respects to the pilot who shot down over an amazing 44 planes in flight. Over all it was an excellent turn out with high hopes for next year.
