2418 Cadets TRY for the team!

Article posted: Mar 13, 2015 by Sqn Ldr Wilson

Recently, four cadets from 2418 Sherwood Squadron attended the Wing Rugby trials held at RAF Wittering. The trials started at 11am and didn’t finish until 4pm which left all the cadets that attended extremely tired.

The cadets that represented 2418 were Cadet Hudson, Camatome, Woodward, and Corporal Holmes. We all took part in the training which included passing, hitting the tackle pads, and even a mini game at the end. All four of the Sherwood cadets made the first team with Hudson and Holmes playing as centres, Camatome playing as a winger and Woodward playing as a forward. Well done and good luck to the cadets for the matched on the 15th of March at RAF Cranwell.
