Christmas Bag Pack
Article posted: Dec 21, 2009 by Sqn Ldr PassAir Cadets from 209 (West Bridgford) Squadron gave a hand to the Christmas shoppers this weekend by running a bag packing event. A total of ten Cadets worked in two shifts to cover the day

Jill Tring, Civilian Committee Chair who organised the bag pack said “Thank you to the customers of CO-OP West Bridgford for being so generous with their donations to the Air Cadets of 209 Squadron at the bag packing event on 19 December. In total they donated £426. I heard many compliments made to the Cadets about their appearance, manners and ability to pack a bag correctly! The Squadron relies on fund raising to enable the Cadets to take part in many activities. Thank you again and a Happy New Year.”
