Flt Lt Allan Munns presents Cadet laura Fletcher with her Enrolment Certificate

Eleven new Cadets were enrolled as members of 504 (West Nottingham) Squadron at a memorable Recruit Graduation Parade held at the end of October. Parents, family and friends of the new Cadets came to the Squadron’s new Headquarters to witness a full ceremonial parade, which marked successful completion of the recruit training programme.

The Squadron was pleased to welcome Flt Lt Allan Munns RAF VRT) (Wing Media & Communications Officer), who represented OC South & East Wing and acted as Reviewing Officer at the parade. Also, the Squadron Padre, Revd Mandy Cartwright, was in attendance to conduct the formal act of enrolment and lead the religious aspect of the parade.

Following the parade, a reception was held which provided an opportunity for guests to speak with staff members and find out more about what the Air Training Corps has to offer.

Squadron Commander, Flt Lt Jodi Hudson, said: “This has been a very good night for 504 Squadron, especially so for the new Cadets we have welcomed in to our ranks. Everyone at the Unit is proud of the work the new Cadets have done to complete recruit training and wish them very success for the future.”
