Farewell to Sgt Frost: Joe Leaves Long Eaton

Cadet Sergeant Joe Frost recently celebrated his 20th Birthday but this event also meant that he had to leave the Long Eaton Air Cadets.

Joe who joined in 2004 said “Sadly all Cadets must leave on their 20th Birthday but I am so pleased that I joined, I have had such a great roller coaster ride during my time with 2195 (Long Eaton) Squadron, gaining some great friends, life experiences, adventure and qualifications along the way. One of my highlight’s was receiving my Duke of Edinburgh’s award at St. James palace”.

2195 Squadron’s Commanding Officer said “Joe was an outstanding Cadet and will be sorely missed, but he has indicated that he may return as Adult Staff in the near future which would be great for the Squadron.”
