Another busy weekend for Cadet Mackenzie Fearon. On Saturday 11th April Cadet Fearon travelled to RAF Cranwell to enjoy a whole day of hockey. She was representing the Region, Central and East, in the inter-region junior hockey competition.

Cadet Fearon was the 2nd youngest Cadet competing and was representing the central and east region in the inter-region junior hockey. As a result she was awarded the regional sports representative badge.

The competition was fought between 6 teams from all over the UK and the day was made up of a series of 15 minute games. By mid-day Central and East Region had drawn all their games and needed to win the remaining games to have a chance of the gold medal.

In the end the Central and East region placed 2nd as a result of the amount of penalties given to the team, with 1st place going to the South West Region.
