Sqn Ldr Mark Richards, Wing Training Officer – Cadet Development, commented “It has been another busy year for the Cadet Development Team who continue to deliver structured and progressive training for cadets within the Wing, we have filled a total of 233 cadet places on our BASIC, Cdt NCO and Cdt NCO DI training courses during 2007 – with the introduction of Multi-Training Weekends during 2008, hopefully we can build on this number and more cadets within the Wing can benefit from the training that is offered”.
