Young people at Kettering Air Cadets are benefiting from state-of-the-art technology thanks to a generous donation from local IT reseller, Misco UK Ltd.

Misco – a leading IT reseller of technology and related products in Europe, with headquarters in Wellingborough – donated three computers and a projector after hearing about the valuable work the Kettering based Squadron does to support and develop young people in the area.

Commanding Officer, Guy Slack, said: “We really welcome support from local businesses and know that the equipment will do wonders for our cadet training. We would like to express our thanks to Misco for helping us in our ongoing work and supporting our cadets in their training and development.”

The computers and projector will be used by cadets when carrying out their basic and BTEC level aviation training.

Sandy Price, General Manager for Misco, said: “At Misco, we feel it is important to give back to the communities that surround us and where many of our employees live. We’re very happy to be able to lend a helping hand to a worthy organisation like Kettering Air Cadets and make a positive difference in the training and development of young people in the surrounding area.”
