Cadets from 2195 Squadron (Long Eaton) gave up their Saturday in order to help the Royal Air Force Association (RAFA) in this year’s Wing Appeal collections around Long Eaton.

The weather, which was excellent, helped with many people turning out and about in the local area. All the collecting tins were pretty full at the end of the day and Patrick Stack, from RAFA’s Erewash Branch, and who was in attendance all day said “Let’s hope that this year is a bumper year, the signs certainly look good”.
