Over the weekend of 6th March, Flt Lt Hargreaves, Sgt (ATC) Ashby, CWO Henson, CWO Timson, FS Ashby, Sgt Doshi, Cpl Utting, Gibbons, Martin and Davies went to the multi-sqn camp at RAF Wittering.

The camp included cadets from a far a place as Essex and even had the CACWO. This camp served as a nice introduction to camps and field craft for new cadets. They began on the Friday with sports and some time for the flight commanders to get to know their flights. On the Saturday they covered battle first aid, camo and concealment, VCPs, prepping for and observing. This day of learning was rounded off by a night ex run by CWO Timson.

On the Sunday there was a tour of harrier heritage centre with a surprise visit from Air Commodore McCafferty. Then there was a visit from the local volunteer first responders who gave a talk about what they do and some of their equipment. Then the camp was rounded off with some words from the DS and CACWO said a few words. Then everyone was off home after a tiring weekend.
