On the 17th of September I gained the highest rank you can achieve as a cadet after joining the squadron in 2008 and working my way through the ranks.

After an interview with Wing Commander Dickinson which went through the past five years of my cadet career, and also what I thought I could bring to the Wing and the squadron as a Cadet Warrant Officer. I was awarded the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer by the Wing Commander on the squadron final parade in front of all of the squadron. I am now excited to work alongside the rest of the Cadet warrant’s within the wing.

During my cadet career the most prominent things that I have done to get to this stage are being awarded with an IACE place to Ghana, Finishing my Gold Duke of Edinburgh and being on the Wing BEL course. As well as the many other camps to various RAF stations and each year at DTE Swynnerton.

I am extremely proud of my achievements so far and look forward to racking up many more.
