209 Cadets with their awards & certificates
Squadron Leader Andy Pass RAF VR (T), acting Commanding Officer of 209 Sqn said “over the last six months the new staff team have been working hard to maximise the opportunities for the Cadets, and these awards is a reflection of that team effort. The Cadets have attended many courses and camps and to their credit have successfully passed with flying colours. The recent Cadet promotions now lay the foundation for the Squadron to go from strength to strength, and with the new permanent Commanding Officer due to take post later this month, the future of 209 Squadron is looking secure”.
Flying Officer Steve Richards RAF VR (T) will soon take command of the Squadron and together with the existing staff team will look to build upon the recent success of the Squadron.
